In 2015 (three years after he left the college) Halifax Hurricanes voted him as fourth overall pick in NBL Canada draft. The former Saginaw Valley State University (NCAA Div.II) standout He graduated his college in 2012 andis in his eleventh season in pro basketball. Foster is a very experienced player. Thanks to Foster's pro career he managed to play on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America) in ten different countries. He has played previously professionally in Dominican Republic (Centro, Cupes and Parque Hostos), Mexico (Gallos de Aguascalientes), Saudi Arabia (Al Ansar), Venezuela (Bucaneros), TBL (California Sea Kings), Libya (Al Ittihad), NBA G League (Fort Wayne Mad Ants), IBL (Portland C.), CBA (Fort Wayne Flite) and ABA (Indy Naptown AS). Among many awards he won Dominican Republic LNB championship title in 2019. He was selected to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Republic LNB 2nd Team in 2019.
