Foster comes back to Indios de San Francisco

Defending champion Indios de San Francisco (LNB) added to their roster 32-year old American 190cm point guard Greg Foster, college: SVSU. It is actually his comeback to San Francisco as he has played here before. Foster played last summer at San Lazaro in the TBS. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 8 TBS games he recorded 12.0ppg, 3.6rpg, 5.5apg (top 2) and 1.0spg. The last season he played at Lions in German ProA where in 23 games he averaged 10.6ppg, 2.8rpg and 5.1apg.
In 2015 (three years after he left the college) Halifax Hurricanes voted him as fourth overall pick in NBL Canada draft.

He graduated his college in 2012 andis in his eleventh season in pro basketball.
Foster is a very experienced player. Thanks to Foster's pro career he managed to play on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America) in ten different countries. He has played previously professionally in Dominican Republic (Centro, Cupes and Parque Hostos), Mexico (Gallos de Aguascalientes), Saudi Arabia (Al Ansar), Venezuela (Bucaneros), TBL (California Sea Kings), Libya (Al Ittihad), NBA G League (Fort Wayne Mad Ants), IBL (Portland C.), CBA (Fort Wayne Flite) and ABA (Indy Naptown AS).
Among many awards he won Dominican Republic LNB championship title in 2019. He was selected to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Republic LNB 2nd Team in 2019.
